Just had four awesome tyres fitted 265/65/17 Kumho KL71 they look fantastic and for AT tyres they are very quiet and seem to handle well on the road not had chance try a bit off road yet but can’t wait.
Fortyres in Stoke on Trent were quick efficient and was impressed that the fitters never used an air gun to tighten bolts all by hand and torqued up to correct spec and been told to come back in 30 days and they will check them again for free…
    Thanks

    • Hi Martyn, that’s great to hear! Do let us know when you have had a chance to check the tyres out off road as we’d love to hear your thoughts again. Also great to hear about Fortyres in Stoke! Thx.

I had 2 new tyres fitted by Pershore Tyres which were very reasonable and feel good however my mpg seems to have reduced and I’m wondering if they are the right pressure 185×160 and the tyre pressure is 32..is that correct?
    Cheers

    • Hi Malcolm. The tyre pressure you mention is in the right sort of range for a car (30’s) but the exact tyre pressure is not dictated by the tyre alone, it depends on the vehicle too. If you have a look in your owners handbook (or on the inside of the drivers door there might be sticker) it will tell you the ideal pressures for your car. Hope this helps!

Stratford Tyres at Stratford upon Avon are Ace, and have found a minor fault, that was effecting to handling of the car, and replaced a faulty tyre with new Kumhotyre., which was in stock, and a great price.
All done with no fuss and and a good cup of free coffee.

Many thanks guys saved my day.
