For many years, Kumho has been a supporter of projects organised by the ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club), Europe’s largest motor club; not least the road safety-themed ones run by the body’s foundation, ‘Gelber Engel’. This fruitful partnership has now been extended ahead of this year’s ADAC Verkehrswelt, a travelling show that focuses on road safety education for youngsters between the ages of 14 and 17.
The roadshow comprises a series of interactive exhibits featuring such topics as responsibility, tolerance, self-esteem, perception and communication, via which the young people can learn to assess the dangers posed by modern traffic. This year’s ADAC Verkehrswelt tour will visit no less than 30 venues in numerous German cities between March and October, with the first stop scheduled for March 22.

Kim continued: “However, only so much can be achieved by technology alone and educating children about the inherent dangers of road traffic is the aim of every parent and school. For many years the ADAC’s Verkehrswelt project has contributed a great deal to road safety.
